Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders quickly. Below are our most common shipping details — times vary by destination and chosen service.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During sale periods or product launches processing may take longer; we'll keep you informed by email.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days (domestic).
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days (domestic, limited pin codes).
- International — 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost depends on the delivery address, package weight, and the shipping service chosen at checkout. You can see the exact shipping cost in the cart before paying.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Use the tracking link to follow your parcel. If tracking isn't updating, contact us at [email protected].
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, or it arrives damaged, please contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help investigate.
International orders & duties
Import taxes, customs duties and fees are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Owlsfit is not responsible for delays due to customs. For any customs-related questions, contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a straightforward returns process so you can buy with confidence.
Return window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with original tags and packaging.
How to start a return
- Log in to your account and go to Orders > Return or
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- Pack the item securely — include invoice or order number.
- Ship using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect on your account.
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges as a return + new order. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. If you'd like assistance, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help coordinate.
Final sale items
Certain items (discounted final sale, gift cards, and intimate apparel) are non-returnable. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.
